BetaKit at #SXSW: Chatting With PPLCONNECT at a Bar in Austin

In our final interview of Austin, Managing Editor Joseph Czikk speaks with Montreal’s PPLCONNECT, fresh off their big pitch at the SXSW 2014 Interactive Accelerator Pitch Competition.

Czikk caught up with cofounders Jenviev Azzolin and Denzil D’Sa at where else but Buffalo Billiards in downtown Austin, Texas.

PPLCONNECT is a free app that lets users access and use their smartphone from any web-enabled device. User can log-in on the web, a tablet or even a second phone. It provides a nice safety net for those unfortunate times when people either completely lose their phone or if their phone dies and no charger is in sight.
